Doing something new is hard. For many of us, finding a gym that feels inclusive, non-judgmental & unconditionally welcoming can be really challenging. The process of getting started can make us anxious and keep us from taking the first step - we know the feeling. We want to support you in trying new things.
So, we want you to have everything you need to know about getting started with a NoBeFit! Coach. What's included, what it costs & how to take the first steps. We work with ALL bodies, fitness levels, ages, genders & everything else that makes you uniquely you.
PERSONAL TRAINING AT NoBE
Step 1: Initial Consultation & Assessment
We believe in building coach-client relationships that start with open communication, collaboration & trust. On your first day at NoBe, you will begin with a 60 minutes conversation with your new coach. Your coach will take the time to understand who you are what your life looks like - your stressors, support systems, fitness goals, exercise history, injury history, sleep habits, nutrition habits.
Directly following this conversation, your coach will walk you through a movement assessment to understand your physical starting point. Based on all of the information gathered in Step 1, your coach will craft a unique plan that is tailored just for you & your current abilities. This includes a completely personalized fitness program, personalized nutrition guidance, & lifestyle/habit coaching.
Step 2: One-on-One Training Session
Your first workout will be completed one on one, with your coach, to make sure you feel comfortable with every aspect of training at NoBe. They will take you through all of the important details like how to read your workouts, how to send them messages whenever you need to, how to log your results & the day to day training experience.
Step 3: On-Going Training & Monthly Consultations
At NoBe, you can train as many days a week as you would like & that work for you. Every week, your coach will review your results & make the necessary adjustments to ensure you are consistently progressing towards your goals. Your program will include habit & nutrition goals to focus on outside of the gym as well. Every month, you will meet with your coach for 30 minutes to discuss your workouts, plans for travel & anything else that feels important to you. In addition, you have the ability to communicate with your coach as often as you need to.
