STEP 2: Personalized Training Plan
Based on the consultation, your coach will develop a customized fitness program that includes:

Train as many days a week as suits your schedule.
Weekly reviews of your progress with necessary adjustments.
Monthly 30-minute consultations to discuss workouts and goals.
Unlimited communication with your coach for continuous support.
