STEP 1: Initial Consultation & Assessment

With your coach, you will begin with a thorough discussion of your fitness goals, lifestyle habits, nutrition, sleep, exercise history and any concerns you may have. Your coach will also conduct an in depth movement assessment to establish your starting point.

STEP 2: Personalized Training Plan

Based on the consultation, your coach will develop a customized fitness program that includes:

STEP 3: One-on-One Training Session

Your first workout is a one-on-one session to familiarize you with our facility, training methods & the day to day experience at NoBe; ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

STEP 4: Ongoing Training & Support

  • Train as many days a week as suits your schedule.

  • Weekly reviews of your progress with necessary adjustments.

  • Monthly 30-minute consultations to discuss workouts and goals.

  • Unlimited communication with your coach for continuous support.
