Purpose Part 2: What & Why

So you have taken an inventory of your day and answered those questions in Part #1 - which were designed to help you build awareness around how you spend your time/energy, what you do on a daily basis and if they align with each other. So we've talked about noticing what you do every day and now it’s time to consider why.

If you have not read Part #1, go back and do that now.

You may have noticed some things you do every day may be out of whack and other things are in perfect alignment with the answers to the questions. Using this information you can start figuring out why things are the way they are. Outlined below are a few examples to help you start considering why you may or may not be taking the actions you want to be taking - just keep in mind this looks completely different for everyone.
